Serenity has two ball rooms, equipped with performance and sound stages, designed to be used however you like to make your event spacious for your next event. Every inch of the spaces are a blank canvas waiting for you decorate however you wish. We offer birthday parties for children as well.

Grand Hall
Serenity Grand Hall is approximately 4,000 square feet and can seat up to 300 people on the main floor at 5' tables. It can seat approximately 400 people in a theater setting. The stage can seat approximately 25-50 people. It can also be used for a ceremony, presentation, or performance. The background can feature any scenery or backdrops needed. Projector available. There is a sound/ light stage in the back of the hall.

8 hour rental in Grand Hall, covered tables, covered chairs (seating approximately 150-200 guests). 6000 Platinum Wedding
10 hour rental starting the evening before and full day of. Includes Venue coordinator to provide assistance and consultation on all venue-related matters starting 12 months out, up to 200 people, Tables with Black Linens (additional color options for a fee), White Covered chairs, Use of Bridal and Groom rooms during your stay with complimentary refreshments, Studio 2 for additional storage and/or changing (mirrored), Large lobby with bar area and $50 credit for non-alcoholic beverages.
12,000 Diamond Wedding
Private building rental for your event exclusively (no other rentals allowed during your weekend.) Full Weekend (3 day) rental (Friday setup / rehearsal, Saturday setup and event, Sunday pickup). Includes up to 300 people, Venue coordinator to provide assistance and consultation on all venue-related matters starting 12 months out, Tables covered in black linens (additional color options for a fee), White Covered chairs, use of Bridal and Groom rooms during your stay with complimentary refreshments, Studio 2 for additional storage and/or changing, Premier Hall for food & bar service and additional seating. (If available), 2 bartenders, Large lobby with bar area, Includes non-alcoholic beverage package. Premier Hall is included for food & bar service, caterer prep and additional seating (If available). 9000 Quartz Wedding
Full two-day rental (Friday night rehearsal and/or setup Saturday setup, event, and pickup). Includes up to 300 people, Venue coordinator to provide assistance and consultation on all venue-related matters starting 12 months out, Tables with Black Linens (additional color options for a fee), White Covered chairs, Use of Bridal and Groom rooms during your stay with complimentary refreshments, Studio 2 for additional storage and/or changing, 2 bartenders, Large lobby with bar area, and $100 credit for non-alcoholic beverages. Premier Hall
Serenity Premier Hall can seat 65-70 people on the main floor at 5' tables and approximately 90 people in a theater setting. The stage can be used for a small ceremony, presentation, or performance. The background can accommodate any scenery /backdrops needed. There is a large, L-Shaped bar area and full size refrigerator in the rear corner. It also has a sound /light stage. It would be the perfect setting for food & beverage service away from Serenity Grand Hall.

Themed Chidren's Parties
Looking for a place to throw a party that won't break the bank? We've got you covered! Our sprinkle events are perfect for those who want to party hard but only for 2-4 hours. We're also great for group meetings, but let's be real, who wants to talk about work when you can party with us?

Get ready for a gooey good time with our Serenity Slime Time party package! Let the kids get messy and creative as they each create their own personalized slime to take home. With charms, glitter, scents, and more, the possibilities are endless. And don’t worry, the slime is sent home with an adult, so you can sit back and relax while the kids have a blast. And once the slime has been created, keep the party going with extra fun activities such as jump time in a bouncy house or a dance party to keep the energy high and the good times flowing. Slime creations are for ages 5 and up due to small charms added to slime. $350 Tutu Party, Our traditional option is perfect for kids who love fairies, princesses, or ballerinas. This package includes tutus and tiaras, as well as a fun and quick ballet dance lesson set to their favorite princess music. Let the little ones shine with a special performance on our stage.
